2 thus worded Cyrus ⁼king of·Parass⁺ °all⁺ ⁼the⁺ ⁼kingdoms⁺ of·the ⁼earth gave to·me lord ⁼the ⁼God of·the ⁼heaven and he self-watched·over over °me* of·that to·housebuild to·him °house in ›Yerushalayim ⁼that in ›the ⁼Yehuda
3 what in ›you⁺ off of·all ⁼the ⁼people of·him and will·self-be the ⁼God of·him with ‹him and will·self-¬≠ascend into °Yerushalayim ⁼that in ›the ⁼Yehuda and ꜝlet·housebuild °the ⁼house of·God ⁼Yisrael he ⁼the ⁼God ⁼that in ›Yerushalayim
4 and all ⁼the ⁼self-leaving off of·all⁺ ⁼the⁺ ⁼¬≠places⁺ where he byhouses there and they·will·take·themselves °him men⁺ of·the ⁼¬≠place of·him in ›silver and ›gold and ›¬accoutrements and ›animals⁺ with ‹the ⁼free into °house of·the ⁼God ⁼that in ›Yerushalayim
5 and they·stood·ũp ¬leaders⁺ of·those⁺ of·paternities⁺ to·the ⁼Yehuda and to·Binyamin and the⁺ ⁼priests⁺ and the⁺ ⁼Levites⁺ of·all⁺ ⁼which⁺ ¬raised the ⁼God °the ⁼breath of·them of·that to·¬≠ascend to·housebuild °the ⁼house of·lord °that in ›Yerushalayim
6 and all⁺ ⁼those⁺ encircling they·¬strengthened in ›hands⁺ of·them in ›¬vessels⁺ of·silver in ›golden in ›¬accoutrements and in ›animals⁺ and in ›¬giftses⁺ ¬besides of·those⁺ in ›free⁺
7 and the ⁼king ⁼Cyrus bore·out °the⁺ ⁼¬vessels⁺ of·house ⁼lord °which⁺ took Nevuchadnetzar off of·Yerushalayim and gave °them in ›house of·God of·him
8 and bore·out °them Cyrus ⁼king of·Parass⁺ over °hand of·Mitredat ⁼¬treasurer and numbered °them to·the ⁼Sheshbatzar ⁼¬leader of·the ⁼Yehuda

13 now therefore °known ꜝlet·be to·the ⁼king that ifᵮ the ⁼city ⁼that should·be·housebuilt·ũp and °the⁺ ⁼walls⁺ of·her they·should·be·¬completed ¬tributes⁺ not they·will·be·themselves to·you also·not they·will·give and °this °kings⁺ does·evil
14 and °immodesty of·king not ¬is·permitted to·us to·see through °this we·¬≠sended and we·made·known to·the ⁼king
15 so·that should·self-watch·over in ›booklet of·undermemoir of·the⁺ ⁼fathers⁺ of·you and you·will·find and you·will·know·yourself that the ⁼city ⁼that ⁼city ⁼¬defecting and doing·evil °kings⁺ and °¬≠countries⁺ and ¬??? of·¬≠servants⁺ in ›middle of·her off of·times⁺ of·eternity through °these⁺ the ⁼city ⁼this was·made·deserted

5 and the⁺ ⁼eyes⁺ of·the ⁼God over °the ⁼prison-enchainment of·Yehuda and not they·unworked·down °them till ¬resolution to·the ⁼Daryavesh was·borne·off and then was·¬≠missioned·off to·the ⁼¬tribute-gatherer upfor ‹this
